These terms apply to the use of the meenevabrik.ee website and the quote requests submitted here. The website is operated and the products are sold by Dot Holding OÜ (registry code 12828454, Meistri 16-205, 13517 Tallinn, Estonia). By using the website you agree to the following.

Quote request and offer

Meenevabrik.ee is a B2B environment: the website has no direct sales and no online payment. Prices shown on products are indicative and depend on the final quantity, print method and design. A request sent via the form is not a binding order but a request for a quote. The final price and terms are fixed in a personal offer, which we usually send within one business day.

Order and production

An order is considered confirmed after the offer is accepted and the design proof (digital sample) is approved. Production time is usually about 2 weeks from design approval, depending on the product and quantity. We confirm the lead time for each order individually.

Design and intellectual property

You confirm that you have the right to use the logos, trademarks and other materials you provide, and that they do not infringe third-party rights. Design proofs created by Meenevabrik remain the property of Dot Holding OÜ until the order is paid in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and VAT is added unless stated otherwise in the offer. Payment is made by invoice on the terms agreed in the offer.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate, but are not liable for possible typographical or pricing errors. The terms set out in the personal offer always prevail.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, by Harju County Court.
